What do you use to create your artworks?
Many of my artworks are drawn with metallic pens (silver and bronze Uni Ball Signo pens and gold Uni Paint Marker) on black paper. I also sometimes use real pressed flowers and plants.
My paintings are mostly acrylic paint on canvas.
Other artworks are drawn digitally, either on Adobe Photoshop, or more recently (2024 onward) on Procreate for iPad.

Do you offer wholesale?

When will my order arrive?
All orders (excluding art prints) are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days unless otherwise stated. Please note that art prints are shipped separately to other products, by Printful. The prints will either be sent from their United States, Europe or Australia centre, depending on the order.

Can I track my order?
All orders will have a tracking number, which will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Feel free to contact me (ameyasrealm@gmail.com) if you don't receive a confirmation email, but please check spam folder first.

Do you accept returns?
Orders that are unused can be returned within 4 weeks of dispatch. Please contact me first (ameyasrealm@gmail.com).
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. A refund can be processed once the returned item has been received. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What can I do if my order arrived damaged?
I do my best to package orders carefully for a safe journey, but if something does arrive damaged, you can contact me at ameyasrealm@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. You will have the option to be issued a partial refund or be sent a replacement if you are willing to cover the shipping fee.
