PLEASE NOTE: It is highly recommended that international orders (outside Australia) for Christmas gifts should be placed during the Christmas Sale (28 Oct to 8 Nov) to arrive in time. Express shipping is prioritised and also highly recommended!

Please understand however that there can still be no absolute guarantee of orders arriving in time for Christmas, due to this being a very busy and unusual time for postal services worldwide. Other than issues surrounding the pandemic already affecting delivery, there are also more gifts being bought online leading up to Christmas, and the increased parcel volumes for postal services can cause delays.

All orders (excluding art prints and 2021 moon calendars) are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Orders are dispatched within 4 business days unless otherwise stated.

Australia: 3-8 business days

New Zealand: 6-10 business days

United States: 7-18 business days

Canada: 10-22 business days

Europe: 10-20 business days

Australia: 1-3 business days

New Zealand: 3-7 business days

United States: 4-8 business days

Art prints are shipped from either Printful 's United States, Europe or Australia centre, depending on the order. Prints are dispatched within 2-5 days and shipping can take around 2-6 business days domestically and around  7-15 days internationally.

Covid-19 is impacting international delivery, due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. 

Delays of around 2-5 weeks are to be expected for orders from the US, Europe and most international orders (outside Australia). Delays of a week may occur for domestic orders within Australia.

Please note that tracking may not update for a couple of weeks as parcels could be stuck in the backlog of mail, waiting at international departures for flights. Express post is given priority.

Unfortunately, Australia Post is unable to also deliver to some countries due to border closures. Some of these countries are India, Brazil, Croatia, Pakistan, Iraq, Egypt.

All orders will have a tracking number, as during this time, orders will be sent as tracked parcels.

Please note: due to the impacts of Covid-19, tracking may not update for a few weeks as many parcels will be stuck in the backlog of mail, waiting at international departures for flights. Your order is not lost, it is just waiting.

Art prints and 2021 moon calendars shipped outside the United States will not be tracked.

The tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Feel free to contact us (ameyasrealm@gmail.com) if you don't receive confirmation emails, but please check spam folder first.

Please contact me at ameyasrealm@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. You will have the option to be issued a partial refund or be sent a replacement if you are willing to cover the shipping fee. 

Orders that are unopened and unused can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us first (ameyasrealm@gmail.com).

During the pandemic, orders will take longer to arrive than usual, as postal services have been affected. Refunds will not be offered while an order is still in transit. If it is deemed lost by Australia Post, you have the option of a refund (minus shipping cost) OR replacement(s) of the ordered product(s).

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. A refund can be processed once the returned item has been received. 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Most of my artworks (on Instagram, Pinterest, etc) are drawn with metallic pens on black or dark grey paper. The metallic pens I use are silver and bronze Uni Ball Signo pens and gold Uni Paint Marker. I sometimes also use real pressed flowers and plants.

My paintings are mostly acrylic paint on canvas.

Other artworks are drawn digitally on Adobe Photoshop with a Microsoft Surface Pro tablet and pen. I also create collages with photographs and drawings on Photoshop.
